Dear BCD Families,

As most of you will be aware from my previous letter and email, after forty years of practice at Berkeley Children’s Dentistry, I have now retired. Our office will be permanently closing at the end of October. Until then, our staff is here Monday through Thursday to answer your phone calls at 510-848-4430. I am passing my practice on to fellow pediatric dentist Dr. Evan Chang, whose office information is above. PLEASE CALL DR. CHANG’S OFFICE AT 510-984-1768 IF YOUR CHILD IS HAVING AN EMERGENCY. Our patient records are being transferred to Dr. Chang’s office, and he looks forward to seeing your children for their future check-ups. His practice website is <primarykidsteeth.com>. He welcomes all children and teens under the age of 18. If your child is 18 or older, it will be time for them to transition now to a general dentistry office. Requests for records can be directed to our office until Wednesday, 10/28, and after that date to Dr. Chang’s office.
